This unit also provides pre and postoperative management of neonatal surgical cases, delayed cry during birth, ventilator need etc. To ease the stress and anxiety of parents of such babies, we encourage them to actively participate in the day-to-day care of their baby.

PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit)

Provides critical tertiary care beyond the neonatal period (1 month-18 years of age.)

At Asian Dhanbad, we have a dedicated 6-bedded PICU located within the premise of Asian Centre for Mother and Child to provide state-of-the-art evidence based intensive care to critically ill infants and children. Paediatric Neurology & Child Development

All Paediatric Neurology & child development services (Autism, Hyperactivity (ADHD), Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy & Spasticity problems and neuromuscular weakness) are now provided on one site, Paediatric Neurologist, with support from Child Psycholgist, Children Therapists, in a planned manner.
